In a tragic incident of triple murder that has shaken Bihar’s Saran district, a deranged lover brutally stabbed to death a father and his two minor daughters in Dhanadih, within the Rasulpur police station area. The assailant’s vicious attack led to the swift arrest of two suspects by police, who promptly sent the victims’ bodies to Chapra Sadar Hospital for postmortem examination.
Authorities revealed that the triple murder stemmed from a tumultuous love affair, culminating in the assailant’s deadly assault on the family. During the horrific incident, the girls’ mother narrowly escaped and is currently undergoing medical treatment at Chapra Sadar Hospital.

Shobha Devi, the mother who sustained injuries in the attack, recounted the harrowing events, stating that the assailants, armed with sharp weapons, targeted her daughters, husband, and herself around 2 a.m. She managed to flee, raising an alarm that prompted villagers to alert the police.
Further details provided by Shobha Devi indicated that her daughter Chandni Kumari had previously communicated with the accused Sudhanshu alias Roshan, but had recently stopped. Roshan had allegedly threatened her in the past. The victims of this tragedy include Chandni Kumari (17), Abha Kumari (15), and their father, Tareshwar Singh.
Law enforcement responded swiftly to the scene, apprehending Sudhanshu Kumar alias Roshan and his accomplice Ankit Kumar. The weapon used in the heinous crime has been seized, and additional police forces and magistrates have been deployed to the village following the incident.
