Lok Adalat 2025: Dates, And Locations

The upcoming Lok Adalat is scheduled to take place across multiple courts in Delhi, including Dwarka Court, Karkardooma Court, Patiala House Court, Rohini Court, Rouse Avenue Court, Saket Court, and Tis Hazari Court. Furthermore, there will be a total of 180 Lok Adalat benches. Moreover, Lok Adalat will be held on March 8, 2025, from 10 AM till 4 PM.

The national Lok Adalat are scheduled on March 8, May 10, September 13, December 13, this year.

Types Of Disputes You Can Settle

You can settle multiple types of disputes in Lok Adalat. These cases include traffic police challans or notices, all compoundable challans/notices pending till November 30, 2024, criminal compoundable offences, cheque dishonour cases under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, money recovery cases, motor accident claims cases (MACT), labour dispute cases, electricity and water bill cases, matrimonial disputes (except divorce), land acquisition cases, services matters relating to pay allowances and retiral benefits, revenue cases (pending in District courts and High Courts only), and other civil cases.
