The protest was held outside the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) office to oppose the questioning of party supremo Arvind Kejriwal in the Liquor Policy Scam.

As reported earlier, the police detained several AAP supporters from the Kashmiri Gate where the leaders were holding protest against the probe agency to summon CM Kejriwal.
Following heavy sloganeering in the area, security was beefed to keep the situation calm.
Earlier in February, former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish was arrested by the Central Investigation Agency (CBI), following 8 hours of inquiry into alleged corruption into the same matter.
CM Kejriwal has been summoned for the questioning in the now-scrapped Liquor Policy that was introduced by the AAP government in 2021. The party claimed that the policy was meant for generating revenues while the LG VK Saxena alleged irregularities and ordered an enquiry.
