Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Upendra Dwivedi held discussions with General Nguyen Van Nghia, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnamese Army, on strengthening defence cooperation, the Additional Directorate General of Public Information (ADGPI) of the Indian Army said on Wednesday.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the United Nations Training and Coordination Conference (UNTCC) in New Delhi. In a post on X, ADGPI noted that the leaders reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening defence cooperation, with a focus on UN peacekeeping, counter-terrorism and strategic coordination. They also emphasised enhanced collaboration through training exchanges and joint exercises.
"On the sidelines of #untcc2025, #generalupendradwivedi, #coas, held a constructive discussion with Senior Lieutenant General NGUYEN VAN NGHIA, Deputy Chief of the General Staff, Vietnam People's Army. Latest News Today Live: Delhi High Court indicates that it would pass an injunction order restraining the misuse of actor Hrithik Roshan’s personality rights for monetary gains, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and creation of disparaging content, news agency ANI reported.
The Court, however, clarifies that no directions are being issued at this interim stage regarding fanpages or profiles. Instead, it directed that the Basic Subscriber Information (BSI) of such pages be shared with the actor to help identify potential misuse.

Latest News Today Live: In order to curb the use of money power, freebies as well as drugs, narcotics and liquor in the ensuing elections, the Commission has issued directions to all the Enforcement Agencies for the two-phase Bihar assembly polls and bye-elections in 8 Assembly constituencies.
In a statement, the poll body said that expenditure Observers have already been deployed to monitor the election expenses incurred by the Candidates and have reached their respective Constituencies on the day of the notification of elections.
"During the visit they will meet all the teams engaged in expenditure monitoring," the ECI said. "Flying Squads, Surveillance Teams, Video surveillance teams will be vigilant round the clock to monitor any suspected instances of money power or other inducements being used to sway the voters".
The poll body stated that a total seizure of Rs 33.97 crore worth of cash, liquor, drugs and freebies has been done by different enforcement agencies since the announcement of elections.

Erika Kirk, the late activist's widow and current CEO of Turning Point USA, accepted the nation's highest civilian honour on his behalf. A military aide introducing the award said the United States honours Kirk as "a martyr for truth and freedom."

Latest News Today Live: US President Donald Trump on Tuesday announced that his administration is using the ongoing government shutdown to permanently eliminate federal programs backed by Democrats, adding that a list of those set to be closed will be released on Friday.
"The Democrats are getting killed on the shutdown, because we're closing up programs that are Democrat programs that we were opposed to ... and they're never going to come back in many cases," Trump remarked.
"So we're being able to do things that we were unable to do before. So we're closing up programs that are Democrat programs that we wanted to close up or that we never wanted to happen, and now we're closing them up, and we're not going to let them come back," he added. Speaking from the White House, Trump said the list will include several programs he described as "socialist" and "semi-communist."
