On the launch of ISRO’s LVM3-M5 carrying the CMS-03 communication satellite, Advisor for the Gujarat Council on Science & Technology, Narottam Sahoo, said, "As we keep building new rockets, our confidence reaches new heights... The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Sunday, November 2, successfully launched the communication satellite CMS-03 aboard the LVM3-M5 rocket. The liftoff occurred at 5:26 pm after a smooth countdown, with all systems nominal and weather conditions favourable. The launch took place from the Second Launch Pad (SLP) at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC), Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh.
The countdown is continuing for ISRO’s CMS-03 mission, set to launch via the LVM3-M5 rocket from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre. All systems are reported nominal, and weather conditions are favourable for the liftoff, scheduled at 5:26 PM.

India’s largest launch vehicle, the LVM3, is set to place the communication satellite CMS-03 into orbit on Sunday evening, November 2. Marking a significant milestone for Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), CMS-03 will be the first satellite weighing over 4,000 kg to be launched into a distant geosynchronous transfer orbit from Indian soil.
