The event was held in Dussehra Ground, Sector 5 of Panchkula, where Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya administered the oath of office and secrecy.
The Agartala-Lokmanya Tilak Express derailed at Dibalong station in Assam on Thursday. The mishap occurred around 3:55 pm, according to reports. Thankfully, there were no casualties, as stated by the railway spokesperson.
