Gujarat elections: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday, through a written note, exuded confidence that AAP is going to win the ensuing Gujarat Assembly elections.
During a press conference in Surat, the Delhi chief minister asserted that whatever he predicted has come true.
He said, in 2014, I wrote a letter to a journalist that Congress will get zero seats, it happened.
“I had predicted in the Punjab assembly elections that Navjot Singh Sidhu would lose the election, Channi would lose both the seats and all the Badal family members would lose the election, it happened,” Kejriwal said.

“Today, I make another announcement in writing that AAP is going to form a government in Gujarat,”
BJP’s misrule of 27 years in the state will come to an end, the Delhi CM added.
Kejriwal will address campaign rallies on Sunday in Gujarat’s ‘diamond city’ Surat, which sends 12 MLAs to the state’s 182-member Assembly.
He is on a two-day tour of Surat to meet textile industry leaders and gem artisans. He will be addressing a public meeting at Yogi Chowk.
The Gujarat Assembly elections will be held in two phases on December 1 and 5. Of the 182 seats in the Legislative Assembly, 89 will go to polls in the first phase and 93 in the second. The results will be declared on December 8.
