Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court directed the Election Commission to decide the national Party status of the Aam Aadmi Party by April 13.  Justice M Nagaprasanna observed that it was the accountability of the Election Commission to independently assess the representation and take a decision.  The High Court asked the Election Body to take a final decision by April 13 and dispose of the petition.  Earlier the Aam Adami party moved to Karnataka high court for recognition as a national party.  Read More :-SECURITY PERSONALS APPREHENDS TWO CADRES OF BANNED OUTFIT ‘PLA’ The Aam Aadmi Party is recognised as a state party in Delhi, Goa, Punjab and Gujarat.
