Dressed in his traditional attire of vesti, kurta, and a shawl (because, why not?), he stood on the airport tarmac, engrossed in a tablet streaming the World Cup final, while a car and a private plane waited for him to board.

The Chief Minister was scheduled to travel to the national capital, Delhi, to meet with central leadership. Following his meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, where crucial issues regarding Karnataka’s development and progress were deliberated upon, CM Siddaramaiah submitted a comprehensive letter to the PM on Saturday. This letter emphasized key demands and priorities for the state.
L K Atheeq, the CM’s Additional Chief Secretary, shared a photo on the social media site ‘X’ of the Congress stalwart enjoying a few moments of the exciting match before boarding the flight.
