New Delhi: While campaigning for the Karnataka Assembly Polls 2023, senior Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra stepped down from her vehicle to bring a sanitation worker named K Rani with her on her vehicle.

Vadra was holding a public rally in Karnataka’s Chintamani where K Rani greeted her. After which, the Congress leader went down to meet her and invited her on the vehicle.

Thousands of Congress workers and supporters attended the roadshow of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra where pro-party slogans were raised while hailing its flags.

The Congress leader held several rallies in Karnataka today including in Mandya and Hosakote while party leaders Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge held seperate rallies in other parts of the Southern state in a bid to win the Karnataka Assembly Polls on May 10.

Holding a speech in Mandya, Vadra challenged the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to win one elections basing on the issues of people.

“I give this challenge to all the leaders of BJP- “They should show one election by fighting on public issues,” said Vadra.

Vadra also accused the BJP of looting the state in its current regime. She said, “Karnataka was at the forefront in IT, Automobile, Technology, Electronic. Karnataka was the ‘Super Model State’. But the double loot of 40% government has caused a lot of damage to this state.”
