Karnataka: 3 Dead, 9 Injured In Multi-Vehicle Collision Near Gobbur In Kalaburagi

Karnataka Police informed about the incident on Wednesday. The deceased have been identified as 56-year-old Vinita, 29-year-old Anoop and 40-year-old Basavaraj.

In a tragic incident, 3 people were dead and 9 injured in a collision between a sugarcane-loaded truck, tour travel vehicle and a bike near Gobbur village in Kalaburagi district of Karnataka. Karnataka Police informed about the incident on Wednesday. The deceased have been identified as 56-year-old Vinita, 29-year-old Anoop and 40-year-old Basavaraj.

In another incident, Four family members were killed in a road accident under the Tadasa police station jurisdiction near Belligatti village in Karnataka’s Haveri district. The Additional Superintendent of Police, Haveri, said that a white vehicle traveling towards Hubballi lost control, jumped the divider, and collided with a red vehicle coming from Hubballi and heading towards Bengaluru, near the Haveri-Dharwad border. There were four people in the red vehicle, including a child aged 10-12, all of whom died in the accident. Two of the victims died on the spot, while the other two were declared dead at KIMS Hospital in Hubballi.
