BJP MP Kangana Ranaut on Monday night penned a strong note on the shocking murder case of Raja Raghuvanshi. She took to her Instagram to react strongly to the brutal, high-trending Meghalaya Honeymoon case. The actor-turned-politician shared her views on IG Story and called it ‘absurd.’ Kangana wrote, “How absurd is this!! Woman can’t say no to marriage because she is scared of her own parents, but she can plan a cold-blooded murder with supari killers.”
She added that the thoughts are giving her a headache, stating, “This has been on my mind since morning, but not able to wrap my head around it !!!” She further exclaimed that the dumbness of Sonam Raghuvanshi, and wrote, “She couldn’t even divorce or run away with her lover. How cruel, heinous and above all absurd and dumb. Dumb people should never be taken lightly. They are the biggest threat to any society….We often laugh at them and think they are harmless but it’s not true. Intelligent people may damage others for their own good but remember a dumb person has no idea what they are doing !!! Be aware very aware of dumbness around you.”
Sonam is the prime accused in her husband Raja Raghuvanshi’s murder. His body was retrieved on June 2 from a gorge near the Weisawdong waterfalls. Sonam, who disappeared on May 23, has finally been found after 17 anguished days. Ghazipur Police arrested her on the grounds that she allegedly hired killers to murder her husband. It has been learnt that Sonam informed her brother on the call about her well-being.
Sonam, who hails from Indore, was reportedly located in the early hours of Monday in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghazipur. Indore police took prompt action and immediately departed for Gazipur to nab her after being informed about her. She was found in a dishevelled state.
Besides Sonam, the names of four other suspects have emerged in the case – Akash Rajput, Vishal Singh Chauhan, Raj Singh Kushwaha, and Anand. Police arrested them from different parts of Madhya Pradesh. Meanwhile, Sonam Raghuvanshi’s father, Devi Singh, has refuted the allegations against his daughter and demanded a CBI probe. As per the latest development, Sonam was produced before a local court in Ghazipur yesterday night for transit remand permission.
