Five Army soldiers lost their lives and another five got injured after their vehicle met with an accident in the Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. The incident took place on Tuesday, December 24. The injured soldiers are getting treatment.

White Knight Corps posted on their X handle about the incident. They wrote that, “All ranks of White Knight Corps extend their deepest condolences on the tragic loss of five brave soldiers in a vehicle accident during operational duty in the Poonch sector.”
Through their post they mentioned that the rescue operation is underway. Apart from this they mentioned in their post that, “The injured personnel are receiving medical care.”
The army vehicle fell into the gorge causing injuries to the soldiers, as per media reports.
