Bokaro police arrested three man after a 16-year-old girl alleged that was gang raped by four man in Marawari area, said police adding that efforts are underway to nab fourth suspect.
Police said the minor is a resident of Ramgarh Bokaro. Her parents work as daily wagers in Marwari area, Police said the minor resides and studies in Chatra Kasturba and here she came in summer vacations.
“The minor was at her friend’s place when the suspects Rakesh Kumar, Deepak Kumar, Vicky Rai and Suraj Kumar Sharma saw her. They allegedly barged into the house and assaulted her friend.” police said.
During the investigation it came to light that two suspects raped her taking turns. “After extensive investigation, three suspects Deepak Kumar, Vicky Rai and Suraj Kumar Sharma were arrested. Multiple teams have been formed to nab the fourth suspect Rakesh Kumar”. Official said.
A case of gangrape under sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita was registered at Marwari Police station and further investigations are underway.
