Indian Railways has completed preparations to launch the Vande Bharat Express in the Kashmir Valley, which is expected to start soon. When Will The Train Start?

The Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) project, which has been awaited for years, is finally coming to life. According to official sources, the Vande Bharat Express will be launched by the end of January. This project will provide comfortable rail services to various parts of the Kashmir Valley.

The Udhampur-Baramulla project was first proposed in 1898 but faced challenges due to the difficult mountainous terrain, making it impossible to complete. Anti-Snow Technology: The windshield wipers are equipped with a washer system that sprays warm water to prevent snow buildup. This ensures that the driver can see clearly even in heavy snowfall.

Special Features For The Washrooms

In freezing conditions, the water supply can freeze, causing problems. To prevent this, the washrooms in the Vande Bharat Express are designed with:

Silicone Insulation And Heating: To prevent water pipes from freezing, they are insulated and equipped with heating filaments.

Heated Flush System: The flushing system in the washrooms is also heated to prevent it from jamming in low temperatures.
The washrooms are also more spacious, and the heating system prevents bad odors from developing.

Brake System: To ensure the brakes work effectively in snowy conditions, technology is used to remove moisture, preventing slipperiness that could interfere with braking.

RO Water: The train will have RO (Reverse Osmosis) water for passengers, and hot water will also be available for added comfort.

Heated Windshield: The windshield of the train is heated automatically with micro-elements to ensure that it remains free from snow or ice.

Ice Cutter: An ice cutter system, already used in trains in the past, will be employed to clear the tracks of snow.

Temperature-Controlled Washrooms: The washrooms will have temperature control to maintain a comfortable environment, avoiding excessive warmth or cold.
