However, the Government of India may soon launch a new portal to simplify this process. Through this government portal, you will be able to update documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving License, and Passport. You can also update personal details like your mobile number or name. Additionally, if you need to apply for any new document, the portal will allow you to do that as well.
As reported by ABP News, the Government of India initiated development efforts for this application. The development of the app confronts both technical and legal obstacles at present. The application remains incomplete in its final version. The work on this app exceeds 90 percent completion from reports.
The application exists as a non-operational system at this moment. The development of this app nears completion perfection – its launch will occur afterward. The government sought public opinion during the development of this app. The last launch date remains undisclosed without any official statement from the authorities, as reported by ABP News.
