In a shocking incident, an IRCTC staffer was caught on camera dumping an overflowing dustbin onto the railway tracks from a moving train. A video of the act has surfaced online, accompanied by a text overlay questioning, “Who is responsible?” The footage shows the staffer carelessly discarding the trash while onlookers plead with him to stop. He is seen ignoring all those asking to stop, even justifies his actions by claiming there’s nowhere else to dispose of it.
After the video went viral, Indian Railways took cognizance of the incident and requested the train’s PNR details to initiate further action.

The video opens with a man narrating things that happened in the train, “Look at this man casually dumping trash onto the tracks,” After which the railway staff is seen opening the door of the train and flinging disposable plates from the moving train onto the tracks- This was not the end. He walks back, grabs another handful of waste, and tosses it out. And then, yet again.
Passengers even questions him, then why the railway are keeping the wastebins inside, if it is was to throw the waste outside from the moving train. He didn’t respond to this query.
