Karnataka: Royjohn D’Souza, a cab driver from Anjuna, North Goa, recounts the unusual journey that led to the arrest of Suchana Seth, the CEO accused of killing her son. The driver received an urgent call from Hotel Sol Banyan Grande in Candolim, instructing him to transport Seth to Bengaluru promptly, as per Indian Express.
Unusual Silence and Heavy Baggage
Upon arriving at the hotel, D’Souza was asked to place a remarkably heavy red trolley bag in the car’s boot. Despite the oddity, he proceeded with the journey, where Seth remained silent, except for offering water.

A four-hour traffic jam at Chorla Ghat presented a significant hurdle. D’Souza suggested an alternate route, emphasizing the urgency, but Seth insisted on the road journey. During the drive, the cab driver received a call from a Calangute police inspector inquiring about the passenger.

The inspector, speaking in Konkani, expressed suspicions regarding Seth and questioned her whereabouts. The driver, trying to remain discreet, handed the phone to Seth. The police, finding bloodstains in her hotel room, directed D’Souza to head to the nearest police station.
