Indore Road Accident: A road accident in Indore, Madhya Pradesh has raised a storm in the news. The police have filed an FIR against the husband of the victim, Ravi Gaur. The policeman has done so considering Gaur’s FIR where he himself had accepted being careless while riding the scooter. He stated he was riding the scooter on AB Road, Indore, carrying his wife as a passenger.
The Couple Was Accompanied By Their 2-Year-Old Child
As reported by local 18 Madhya Pradesh, while driving back from MGF road, Ravi Gaur’s scooter, while crossing the Bus Rapid Transit System, hit a pothole and overturned. His wife sustained severe injuries. The couple was accompanied by their 2-year-old child as well. Reports suggest that head injuries were there apart from broken limbs in her legs.
Indore Man Took Full Responsibility For Wife’s Injuries
The lady was taken to a hospital immediately. Policemen also reached the spot following information. Since Gaur’s wife had not been able to give a statement, he had accepted full responsibility for her injuries. Police had acted in such a manner that does not generally need to be commented upon – they did not wait for her statement to act.
In the FIR, Ravi Gaur had claimed that he was sitting on the scooter of his brother, Karthik Gaur, who owned an Activa, by number MP 09 DH 8539, at about 8 pm on 14 September. With him, there were Shanu Gaur, his wife, and their 2-year-old son sitting on the back seat.
He said that he was going to Naulakha Doctor’s clinic for a checkup and passed by Vijay Nagar. Gaur said that, when he reached the LIG crossing, a jam occurred, and the security personnel present there diverted the traffic through the BRTS lane.
