IndiGo airlines, that witnessed one of its worst operational crisis as it struggled to implement new Flight Duty Time Limitation (FDTL) norms, in its response to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Monday said that the disruption resulted from a combination of factors while mentioning that the airline is “profusely apologetic” and deeply regrets the inconvenience and hardship caused to customers.

- Log in to Indigo’s website or app
- Go to ‘Manage Booking’
- Enter your PNR to know the status of the flight
- Choose an option: Decide whether you want a full refund or prefer to rebook on the next available flight at no extra cost
- Submit Refund Request – Fill in details on IndiGo’s refund page (PNR, email, passenger info) and submit

The situation remained dire on Monday. IndiGo cancelled more than 100 flights from Delhi, pushing the aviation crisis into its seventh straight day.
