New Delhi: In a slight relief from Covid-19 pandemic, today, there has been a decline in the daily cases of Coronavirus in the country. Less than 5,000 new cases of Coronavirus have been reported in the country.

In the last 24 hours, 4,369 new cases of Coronavirus have been reported in the country, while 20 people died. Earlier on Monday, 5,221 new cases of corona infection were registered in the country, while 15 people died.

An increase of 852 has been registered in the daily number of newly infected patients as compared to yesterday.

According to the data released by the Ministry of Health this morning, in the last 24 hours, 4,369 new cases of Covid infection have been reported in the country while 20 people have died. During this, 5,178 people managed to beat the Coronavirus.

With this, the number of active Covid cases in the country has come down to 46,347. In the last 24 hours, there has been a decline in the number of active cases by 829.

With this, the total number of Covid infections in the country has increased to 4 crore 45 lakh 4 thousand 949. While the number of people recovering has increased to 4 crore 39 lakh 30 thousand 417.

At the same time, a total of 5,28,185 people have died due to Coronavirus infection in the country so far.

The government is emphasizing on vaccination to control Coronavirus. So far, the number of vaccinations has reached 215 crore 47 lakh 80 thousand 693.

At the same time, 21 lakh 67 thousand 644 people have been given the Covid vaccine in the last 24 hours.
