India Crush Pakistan, Lift Asia Cup 2025 In Style As Fans Erupt In Celebration

In Punjab’s Amritsar, fans of the Indian cricket team exchanged sweets and celebrated after India’s victory. Fans were seen dancing on the roads. The raised slogans “Hindustan Zindabad”.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulateed Team India on winning the Asia Cup. The prime minister posted on X, “Operation Sindoor on the games field. Outcome is the same – India wins! Congrats to our cricketers.”

Celebrations were witnessed in Lucknow, Kanpur, and Jammu, where fans took to the streets and burst firecrackers. The jawans of the Indian Army, along with locals, celebrated and danced after India won for a record ninth time by defeating Pakistan.

The CRPF jawans of the 74th battalion celebrated India’s victory in Chhattisgarh’s Sukma.

In Bengaluru, a few fans chanted ‘Vande Mataram’ while also expressing their feelings about Virat Kohli. A fan said, “Virat Kohli, we miss you.”
