After the deadly terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which killed 26 innocent people, India launched air strikes in Pakistan to target terror camps.
This operation, called ‘Operation Sindoor’ has made Indian people in India feel proud and happy, as they see it as a strong response to the attack.
In Mumbai, the people in Kalbadevi area celebrated the air strikes by distributing sweets and chanting patriotic slogans. Many citizens waved the Indian flag, showing their support for the Indian armed forces. They were excited about the air strikes and felt proud that India had taken action.
Vinod Jagdale, a correspondent from News24, went to see the celebrations in Mumbai and reported on the happiness of the people there. They felt that this was a way to take revenge for the attack and show that India would not tolerate terrorism.
Smiliar celebrations were seen in Lucknow, where members of the Vishya Hindu Parishad (VHP) gathered at the 1090 Chauraha. They were cheering and expressing their joy after the air strikes, as they believed India had sent a strong message to Pakistan.
In UP’s Bundalshahr, many Muslims celebrated by disturbing sweets and chanting “Hindustan Zindabad” and “Pakistan Murdabad.” They expressed support for the Indian Army’s action in response to the Pahalgam attack. Residents like Kadeem Alam and Mohammad Shamiem praised the strikes, calling for continued efforts until every terrorist is eliminated. The celebrations reflected unity and patriotism, with people standing firmly with their country in the fight against terrorism.
In Ujjain, at the Mahakal Temple, people celebrated happily when they heard about India’s air strikes on Pakistan. Devotees shared sweets and cheered for the country’s victory. They said the strikes were not just a response but a strong message for terrorism. The temple area echoed with chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai,” showing the pride and unity of the people. It was a moment of deep patriotism in Mahakal’s town.
