Investigation Going On In Jharkhand
The forest officials took the vulture for treatment and plan to keep it under observation for some time. The police believe that John Malot, a Dhaka-based bird researcher working with the UK-based Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, might have released the vulture with a solar radio collar to track its movements from Dhaka to Jharkhand.
Although no foul play is suspected, the police are continuing their investigation. The officer also denied any connection between this incident and the unrest in Bangladesh.
