Bengaluru: Karnataka Congress Chief DK Shivakumar said that he will not be travelling to Delhi as he has stomach infection.
Informing to media he said, “I have a stomach infection and will not be travelling to Delhi today”.
There are 135 Congress MLAs. I don’t have any MLAs. I’ve left the decision to the party high command, Shivkumar added.

A few hours earlier, Karnataka Congress chief DK Shivakumar on Monday said that it is his birthday today, and he will meet his family members and then leave for Delhi.
Shivkumar said, “We’ve 135 MLAs, all in one voice said-matter (to appoint CM) is to be left to the party high command. My aim was to deliver Karnataka and I did it”.
Meanwhile, senior Congress leader and former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday arrived in Delhi to meet the top leadership of the party.
