The shocking event occurred in Subhash Colony on Saturday, prompting the homeowner to file a written complaint at the local police station, urging action against the assailant.

Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia also voiced his condemnation on social media, emphasizing the need to penalize the perpetrator for such appalling cruelty.
The distressing video captures two innocent puppies approaching the man sitting on a shop’s porch, one wagging its tail in a friendly manner. Suddenly, the man violently throws the puppy to the ground, proceeding to stomp on the defenseless animal before leaving the scene.
