Holi 2025 Special Trains: Additional Services From Delhi, Mumbai To Bihar, Kerala Starting March 5 – State-Wise Details Inside

Each train will feature 22 LHB coaches, including one AC 2-Tier coach, six AC 3-Tier coaches, nine sleeper coaches, four general second-class coaches, one generator car, and one luggage-cum-brake van.

Holi 2025: Good news for residents of Delhi and Mumbai! Indian Railways will run special trains to Kerala and Bihar on select dates. Here are the special trains details residing in those states to travel to their home town for Holi.

Delhi’s Anand Vihar To Bihar

Special trains from Anand Vihar To Bihar will start from March 5. Chief Public Relations Officer of Indian Railways Pankaj Kumar Singh announced that, for the convenience of passengers during Holi, the Railway Administration will operate train number 05113/05114 Chhapra-Anand Vehar Terminal-Chhapra Weekly Festival Special. Special trains will run From March 6 to March 27.

Train number 05113 Chhapra-Anand Vihar Terminal
The Weekly Festival Special train will depart from Chhapra every Wednesday between March 5 and 26 at 3:45 PM. Check out the complete schedule below:

  • Chhapra Kachhari at 15:57 hrs
    Mashrakh at 16:47 hrs
    Didhwa Dubauli at 17:19 hrs
    Thawe at 18:50 hrs
    Tamkuhi Road at 19:22 hrs
    Padrauna at 19:55 hrs
    Kaptanganj at 21:20 hrs
    Gorakhpur at 22:40 hrs
    Khalilabad at 23:16 hrs
    Basti at 23:44 hrs
    Gonda at 01:10 hrs (next day)
    Budhwal at 03:03 hrs
    Sitapur Jn. at 04:55 hrs
    Shahjahanpur at 07:02 hrs
    Bareilly at 08:00 hrs
    Moradabad at 10:00 hrs

Special Trains From Mumbai To Kerala

To cater to increased travel demand, Indian Railways will run weekly special trains between Mumbai’s Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) and Thiruvananthapuram North. These trains, scheduled on select days in March, aim to provide more convenient travel options for passengers.

The trains will stop at several key stations, including Thane, Panvel, Ratnagiri, Madgaon, Karwar, Mangaluru Junction, Kasaragod, Kannur, Kozhikode, Tirur, Shoranur Junction, Thrissur, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, and Kollam Junction. This extended route is designed to improve connectivity across multiple regions during the festive season.
