New Delhi: A 12-year-old boy in Delhi was allegedly brutally raped and beaten by the bamboo and bricks. The perpetrators gang-raped the teen boy and inserted rod in his private part.

The incident took place in Delhi’s Seelampur area. Severely injured, the victim was hospitalised in a critical condition.

The four accused men first sexually assaulted the boy and then abandoned the body and ran away from the incident spot.

However, the police has arrested one among the four accused men. The other three, however, ran away. An investigation has been launched and the police is trying to nab the culprits.

National Commission for Women (NCW) chairperson Swati Maliwal has issued a notice to the Delhi Police seeking a detailed report in the matter.

Through the notice, she has asked of a copy of the FIR registered, details of the accused arrested in the matter and the action-taken report latest by September 28.
