According to the election affidavit submitted to the Election Commission of India and analyzed by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR), Manohar Lal Khattar, the former Chief Minister of Haryana, is 70 years old and has a graduate degree. His total declared assets amount to Rs 2.5 crore, comprising Rs 2.1 crore in movable assets and Rs 40 lakh in immovable assets. His declared income is Rs 34.9 lakh, all of which is his self-income. He has no liabilities and no criminal cases registered against him.
