JULANA

The Julana seat in Jind district drew massive attention after the Congress fielded Olympian wrestler Vinesh Phogat from here. This high-profile seat is also eyed by BJP candidate Captain Yogesh Bairagi and AAP’s WWE star Kavita Dalal. JJP’s Amarjeet Dhanda won Julana constituency in 2019.

LADWA

Ladwa is a significant seat as BJP leader and Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is contesting from here against the Congress MLA Mewa Singh, while AAP has filed its candidate Joga Singh. The seat was claimed by Congress in 2019 and BJP won from here in 2014 elections.

GURGAON

In Gurgaon, the fight is between Congress’s Mohit Grover, BJP’s Mukesh Sharma, and AAP’s Nishant Anand. Notably, BJP’s Sudhir Singla emerged victorious in this seat in the 2019 elections.

GARHI SAMPLA-KILOI

Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda is in a tight contest against BJP’s Manju Hooda from Garhi Sampla-Kiloi seat in Rohtak, while AAP has fielded its candidate Pravin Guskhani from here. This has been one of the safest seats for Former CM Hooda as he won this seat in 2009, 2014 and 2019 elections.

UCHANA KALAN

Uchana Kalan is an important seat as JJP’s former Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala is contesting from here. The Congress has fielded former bureaucrat Brijendra Singh, while AAP has nominated Pawan Fauji from here. Notably, Dushyant won this seat in 2019.

REWARI

The Yadav-dominated Rewari seat features a battle between Congress’s Chirajeev Rao, BJP’s Lakshman Singh Yadav, and AAP’s Satish Yadav. Rao continuously won this seat five times from 1991 to 2009.

These constituencies will, therefore, assume very crucial roles in determining Haryana’s political future as elections take place on October 5.

ELLENABAD

In Sirsa district, the Ellenabad seat is a stronghold for INLD, with senior leader Abhay Singh Chautala seeking re-election against BJP’s Amir Chand Mehta and AAP’s Manish Arora. Abhay has won this seat four times since 2010.
