Greater Noida: Woman Kills Two Children, Dies By Suicide After Heated Argument With Husband

The police have confirmed the identities of three deceased individuals as the 35-year-old Aarti, her six-year-old daughter, and her five-year-old son.

A shocking incident took place in the Bisrakh Kotwali section of Greater Noida, as a mother committed suicide along with her two innocent children by hanging themselves from the terrace railing due to a domestic dispute. The police have confirmed the identities of three deceased individuals as the 35-year-old Aarti, her six-year-old daughter, and her five-year-old son. The police came to know about the tragic event when they received an emergency call from Dial-112 on Friday morning. Doctors at the hospital verified the deaths from hanging after the family drove the three victims to a private healthcare facility,as reported by Junaid Akhtar.

Dispute Led To Tragic Decision

The police inquiry showed that Aarti got into a fight with her husband regarding household matters. The disputed matter shattered her emotionally so much that she brought all three of her children to the upper floors and used a scarf to hang them. Other members present in the home at the time were unaware of what happened when Aarti carried out the fatal act, which took place during the morning hours.

The police officers performed an investigation and sent all deceased persons to a post-mortem examination site.

The community experienced extreme distress along with mourning caused by this incident. The tragic event has caused rightful shock and mourning among the community members who reside there together. Defense authorities believe suicide triggered the incident although they still need to question all available family members to determine what truly led to the dark outcome.

Aarti’s husband and other family members remain under police interrogation at the present time. The autopsy report is pending and will guide future actions in the case. Authorities from the police force need to determine if Aarti experienced mental distress or if someone forced her into this fatal act. The sorrowful incident has brought a wave of grief throughout the area after the deaths of three innocent people.
