Information reveals that the residential plot scheme LOP-03 of Greater Noida Authority granted a plot to an allottee in Sector-2 (Patwari village, Greater Noida West). The Authority completed lease planning following correct procedures and later executed the lease agreement directly to the allottee. The Authority observed during plot possession that they did not own the plot in question which had not been acquired for them.
