Good News! YEIDA Brings Flat Scheme, 1200 Units UP Near Noida Airport, Check Details

YEIDA is brining an application for allotment of built-up housing scheme. These flats are constructed in sector 22-D in Yamuna Expressway. The objective of this scheme is to provide house to people at an affordable price. The plots are in the prime location near Noida International Airport.

Chief executive officer of YEIDA, Arun Vir Singh said, “We will allot these flats on a “first come first served” basis to applicants who will pay the money and buy the unit. These flats were left out in old schemes. But, this time, we hope that people will rush to grab these flats that are located along the Yamuna Expressway because of the upcoming airport project near Jewar”.

Under the YEIDA flat scheme, 1200 plots to be distributes among applicants. The scheme was launched on 19th September 2024. The closing date of the scheme is 31st March 2025.

Category Of Flats

This scheme offers three type of flats near Noida International Airport.

Flat with total area of 29.76 square meters offers one-bedroom unit and living space with 21.62 square meters, which cost Rupees 23.37 lakh on ground floor and for Rupees 20.72 lakh on first, second and third floor.

Eligibility Criteria For General Criteria

Applicant should be 18 years old. Applicants must be Indian Citizens. Candidates applying for the scheme must present official documentation of their citizenship. Those who have been already allotted residential plots of flats in any scheme won’t be eligible for allotment under YEIDA Plot Scheme. Applicant may apply jointly with immediate member of their family.

Documents Required For Registration

The following documents are required for registration process:

  1. Aadhar Card of Applicant
  2. Passport Size Photograph
  3. Mobile Number
  4. Income certificate
  5. Residential Proof

Allotment Process

Plot number will be drawn to complete the allocation process. Draw will take place separately for each category. The first draw will be for applicants who paid their payment in one go. Second Draw will be for people who paid half of the total amount. And the third will be for people who paid 30% of payment of total amount.

How To Apply

Applicants need to visit the official site of YEIDA. Then the applicant need to fill the form. After this comes the process of selection of size of flat as the registration money will be calculated according to that. After completing this process then applicant need to upload the important document and fill important details. After doing this then comes the option of payment.
