The officials are finalizing the construction of Noida International Airport in Jewar which is close to Greater Noida. The terminal development remains active at a quick rate. The ground installation of the initial six aerobridges will provide aircraft access to travelers. Previously planning included the installation of ten aerobridges. Boarding passengers have easy access to aircraft while departing from the terminal buildings through these airport facilities. The airport stands at an excellent opportunity to secure its aerodrome license from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation to enter commercial air service operations before May 15.
According to an official description, the aerobridge serves as a roofed path that enables terminal-building passengers to reach aircraft doors. This structure acts like a compact passage that ensures simple entry and exit to aircraft doors. Passengers can enter and exit the terminal building through the aerobridge at different times during boarding and disembarking the aircraft. The entrance of the terminal continues its current construction projects. The domestic terminal work remains almost finished but international terminal construction will continue for another few months. The delayed fabrication procedures make it hard for the airport to begin international airline flights from its opening day. Protocols involving domestic and cargo flight services alone will be launched from the first day of operation. Six aerobridges will be initially installed at the airport during this initial phase. The available plan featured ten aerobridges for this site initially. The airport site already has received the aerobridges.
Police Station Near Jewar Airport
A police station at Noida International Airport will require one thousand square meters of land which the company Yamuna International Airport Limited refuses to grant free of charge. The Additional Director General of Police, Headquarters received our request for free land donation for the police station but we faced rejection from Yamuna International Airport Limited which operates the airport project. The construction of DCP Airport headquarters together with the police station will take place across this one thousand square meters area.
Yamuna International Airport Limited insisted on receiving one crore rupees in exchange for the land. The airport officials in Noida communicated with Yapal regarding the land distribution yet the company insisted on charging one crore rupees in place of offering the land without fees. Noida International Airport Chief Executive Officer Dr. Arunvir Singh has petitioned the Principal Secretary (Home) to address the situation. YEIDA has issued this letter on March 21. The airport’s validation flight turned out successful which completed all paper formalities for Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) together with Aerodrome License. The authorities are anticipated to issue the Aerodrome license in May. The Airport Authority of India completed the Aeronautical Information Publication through their website at the International Air Transport Association where worldwide countries learn about new airport openings. The March 6th date marked the end of this step. Deployment of soldiers and airport ticket booking services are advancing quickly at the current time.
