The principal thoroughfare in this location connects Delhi-Meerut Road through GT Road using Elevated infrastructure. This passage experiences the highest amount of vehicular pressure. All traffic between Delhi Noida that enters from Ghaziabad through Muradnagar and Modinagar must travel through this highway which comprises the Hindon Air Force and Elevated Road.

Heavy traffic congestion becomes severe on this road during both early and late periods of the day. The junctions at VVIP and River Heights roundabout together with Avadh Palace experience severe traffic jams.

As mentioned by Hindustan, Vice President of GDA, Atual Vats stated “Other roads will be constructed to make the main road of Raj Nagar Extension jam-free. After the survey, four roads will be constructed in the first phase. People will get relief after its construction.”

GDA Vice President Atul Vats noticed the traffic congestion on this route and instructed the development of four additional road paths including Hum Tum Road. Every aspect of the survey conducted by GDA has now been finalized. These roads will create multiple alternative driving paths for motorists so the main route experiences reduced traffic density and leads to improved travel conditions for all commuters. The development of Rajnagar Extension and surrounding areas including Village Sikrod and Noornagar and nearby populations will speed up due to the smooth traffic conditions. GDA officials conducted surveys to identify four roads for construction according to their statements. A total of 50 crore rupees will be allocated for the construction work.

An easy route between Meerut Road and the village will be possible due to the construction of four roads which will reduce vehicle traffic on Rajnagar Extension’s main road. The elevated road path will connect vehicles to Meerut Road through other available routes for descent. The primary road jamming problems will decrease through this approach. The network capabilities between villages adjacent to Rajnagar Extension will experience positive development. The proposed development includes constructing three additional pathways in addition to existing designs. Project personnel concentrate on finishing the unfinished sections of Outer Ring Road together with Modern School Road and NPR.

The development team created plans to make a 24-meter-wide Hum Tum Road that connects Meerut Road with Outer Ring Road. Transportation between Delhi Meerut Road and Rajnagar Extension will occur through this alternate passage instead of conventional main routes. The 2,700-meter-long route makes up this road. The road construction project includes the development of sewer systems and drain facilities. Its cost will be 26.42 crores. The stoppage of road construction work because of 900 meters behind Sikrod village will be completed now that authorities acquired the necessary land.

The construction planning includes building drainage systems together with sewers and roads which will measure forty-five meters wide. This project will cost 19.76 crores. Construction of two 18-meter-wide roads together will include a connecting path between Noor Nagar village and Bandha Road. The total construction cost for this road segment will amount to Rs 2.42 crore and it has a length of 930 meters. The second 18-meter-wide road will run from the back side of the River Heights High-Rise Complex.
