In Indirapuram Vistar Yojna, there is planning to sell more than 110 plots. Ghaziabad Development Authority has almost prepared its layout in an area of about 30 thousand square meters. Apart from bringing the plots development work will also be done. Greenery and widening of roads will be considered.
People living in this area can easily commute to Delhi and Noida, as it is connected to both of them. According to Ghaziabad Development Authority’s officials Greenery and widening of roads will be taken care of under Indirapuram Vistar Yojna.
GDA had earlier prepared four group housing plots in Indirapuram Vistar Yojna. These plots of 30 thousand square meter, were put for auction several times but no builder showed interest in buying group housing plots here. During the review, GDA VC Atul Vats decided to change the layout of these plots afresh and prepare single plots and for this a committee was constituted under the chairmanship of GDA’s Additional Secretary. After discussions the three-member committee gave the green signal to the proposal of bringing in the single plot scheme. After that the GDA board also approved the proposal.
20 years have passed since a comprehensive residential plot scheme was introduced in Ghaziabad. Therefore, those who want to buy a plot in Ghaziabad and build a home are eagerly waiting for such a scheme. The last residential plot scheme of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA), Madhuban- BAPUDHAM came in 2004. Understanding the needs of the people, GDA has started preparations to bring a residential plot scheme by changing the layout of group housing plots. This scheme is also going to be a hit in terms of location and connectivity. GDA VC Atul Vats said that there will be more than 110 plots in the scheme.
Plots For Commercial And Institutional Work
There will be 110 small and big plots in this Indirapuram Vistar scheme. GDA has made preparations to keep 5 % of the plots for commercial and institutional as well. This will not happen in the new scheme. Here the wide roads and greenery will be the special reason of attraction for the people.
