Spiritual Guru Premanand Maharaj is currently in the media spotlight due to his Padayatra. The forced cessation of his journey caused immense distress among his followers. However, devotees have now received excellent news about the resumption of his Padayatra.
Premanand Maharaj resumed his spiritual Padayatra at 2 AM on Tuesday. A key highlight of this yatra is that it follows the traditional path without any changes. Premanand Maharaj personally made the announcement, requesting Brajvasis to gather at the gate at 2:00 AM.
The Padayatra was initially halted due to Maharaj’s health complications. Additionally, residents near the starting point of the yatra had lodged complaints. Participants in the Padayatra were facing issues due to the loud sounds of drums and other musical instruments, leading to its suspension.
However, members of the NRI Green Society later issued an apology to Premanand Maharaj. On Monday, the president of the society held a meeting with him to express their regret. The residents clarified that they did not wish to cause grief to the people of Braj. They acknowledged that the area is known as “Sankirtan City,” where kirtans and bhajans are a natural part of life. They also emphasized that Radha Rani’s heritage is deeply connected to these traditions. The people of Braj firmly oppose any actions that go against this cultural and spiritual legacy.
