Greater Noida and Noida are witnessing various developmental projects. Some of the projects will get functional this year and some are under process. One such key project is the development work of Greater Noida West.
The area near Gaur Chowk witnesses traffic jams during office hours but now it can be seen even on weekends. To tackle this issue Greater Noida West is going to see a transformation as there are various ongoing construction work on roads.
The Authority is bringing a major development between the Ek Murti Chowk and the Char Murti Chowk.
What All Changes Will Greater Noida West Witness?
The authority has planned the construction of an Underpass in the region. The Underpass will be made at the Char Murti Chowk. The pre-construction work for this has been started. Under this comes the relocation of sewer lines, gas pipelines, and electric cables.
The authority is going to construct a U-turn near the Gaur City 1 and 2. Apart from this the western area of Greater Noida will get expanded service roads near Gaur City 1 and 2.
Once the U-Turn gets operational then it will make the movement seamless on that route. People living in this region will be easily able to reach Noida, Pari Chowk, or the upcoming Noida Airport. This will make their travel smoother.
Also, the Greater Noida Authority has planned a well-structured roundabout to resolve the traffic-related problem. Under this initiative by the Authority the Ek Muti Chowk will be converted into a small roundabout.
According to media reports, the roundabout, which is circular in shape, will be converted into an oval shape. Apart from this, a three-lane road will be converted into a six-lane one.
