The planned elevated road aims to ease vehicle congestion in the areas of Barola, Bhangel, and Salarpur. The construction project costs ₹608 crore. The elevated road extends from Sector-41 Agahpur to locations near the Phase-II drain. Construction began in June 2020. Officials from the Noida Authority have indicated that the elevated road is approximately 90% complete.

Noida Authority states that track connection, along with girder placement at the Sector-49 intersection, was completed in November. The construction area between Bhangel and the drain is currently under development.

This region has nearly completed track installation for the construction phase. The paneling operation for blacktop roadwork will take approximately one month to complete after all other construction phases are finished. The elevated road construction is expected to be completed between March and April.

Two loops will be built for the elevated route at the Sector-49-107 crossroads on both sides. From Sector-37, the loop will descend near the Hanuman statue before continuing toward the Seven X Sectors. Travelers moving between Seven X and Surajpur from Phase Two will have access to a loop structure as part of the system. The plan includes constructing a traffic pathway with an ascent followed by a descent toward Sector 107, as per media reports.

The project has been delayed by over two and a half to three years, as it was originally scheduled for completion in 2022. Authorities indicate that the first phase of operations will begin with the road section from Sector-37 to Phase 2.
