Construction of temporary stores within the NMRC-accepted concepts constitutes the key work scope outlined in their tender document. A successful bidder will handle complete installation and control of the stores, along with maintenance to meet worldwide standards for quality, security, and pleasant appearance, according to the stated document. Daily convenience items such as packaged food together with beverages are the only approved products this store can sell yet there exists a blacklist of restricted products it cannot carry.

The awarded contract spans five years and includes three possible additional years of extension that depend on the bidder’s achievement of targets. The bidders must perform both renovations and facility outfitting within 60 days following handover at their sole expense. The facility licensing will follow “as is, where is” terms and conditions. All statutory obligations and essential permits apply to licensees who must also join NMRC-led promotional programs. Our tender includes restrictions on single-use plastic products while establishing guidelines to keep stores from restricting commuters. Perspective licensees must pay a minimum price starting from Rs 280 up to Rs 2,400 per square meter every month, depending on the selected station. As part of its network, NMRC manages the Aqua Line metro system, which travels from Sector 51, Noida, to Depot Station, Greater Noida.
