Uttar Pradesh the forth largest state in India in terms of area. There are multiple developmental projects which will be getting implemented this year and some are under process.
One such project is the Faridabad-Jewar Expressway. The state is set to get another gift this new year. This will shorten the route and will be reducing the travel time. It will make the journey comfortable for the commuters. Not only this, but the city is going to get the airport, which will be operational from April, 2025. Once the route is ready and gets functional for the people, then it will be making commuters reach the airport near the Yamuna Expressway in quick time.
About The Project
As per National Highway Authority of India, the cost of the project will be around Rs 2,414 crore. The length of this route will be 31-Km. This route once get operational will be connecting Noida to Faridabad in around 15 minutes.
Benefits Of The Project
As of now it takes around two hours to cover the entire journey, but after this route gets operational for public then it will be taking around 15 minutes to cover the entire distance, as per media reports.
The project will enhance the connectivity. This project will connect the residents living in Faridabad directly to Noida Airport. Not only Faridabad, but it will benefit people living in Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram and Delhi.
