What Caused the Goa Night Club Fire?

Investigators say the fire started during a belly dance performance when an electronic firecracker was set off. The spark shot upward and landed on the club’s temporary bamboo and palm-leaf roof, which instantly caught fire. Within seconds, the flames spread across the structure, leaving guests and staff with little time to escape.
