About Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA)

Established under Section 4 of the Urban Planning and Development Act 1973 by the Government of India, one of the main objectives of the GDA is to improve infrastructure and provide other basic amenities. Most plots will be available on a First Come First Serve basis, interested buyers must take prompt action to avail of the scheme.
