The Uttar Pradesh affordable housing scheme now offers new residential opportunities through the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA). The GDA has established this scheme to handle vacant group housing plots in Indirapuram. Through this scheme prospective investors can obtain excellent location opportunities. 

The available plots have multiple use cases which extend beyond residential construction since they serve as locations for maintaining old residences together with commercial and art gallery spaces and multiplex facilities. Other functional uses are also possible. The application deadline falls this month since you should submit applications immediately for this scheme during the Holi celebration period. 

Plots are available for application starting from March 7 2025. The application period will finish on March 22 2025. You can apply for the plot purchase before 22 March to participate in the upcoming auction on March 25. The plot auction initiation time is scheduled for 11 am. Hindi Bhawan inside Lohia Nagar Ghaziabad will serve as the site for this auction. 

The authority tends to display additional details about the process after registration ends on the official website. HDFC Bank maintains the availability of application forms for people who wish to join the scheme. These are at different locations. Koel Enclave scheme includes seven group housing plots and two primary nursery school plots together with one higher secondary school and one health center plot. Residents have access to one multiplex in addition to one kiosk and one convenient shopping plot in Indirapuram Yojna Shakti Khand-4.
