The Uttar Pradesh affordable housing scheme now offers new residential opportunities through the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA). The GDA has established this scheme to handle vacant group housing plots in Indirapuram. Through this scheme prospective investors can obtain excellent location opportunities.
The available plots have multiple use cases which extend beyond residential construction since they serve as locations for maintaining old residences together with commercial and art gallery spaces and multiplex facilities. Plots are available for application starting from March 7 2025. The application period will finish on March 22 2025.
