India with multiple highways and expressways is having strong connectivity. The nation is having several projects which will be getting operation for public this year. These three routes (Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway and Delhi-Dehradun Expressway) could be game changer for the people of India.
Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway
The length of this expressway is 71-Km. This cost at which this expressway was made is Rs 17,900 crore. This expected to be fully opened to public by August 2025. It will reduce the travel time and convert the 6 hour travel to just three-hour.
The speed limit on this route is 120 Km/hour. It will enhance the connectivity in the region. It will make travel easier for the commuters and save their time.
Delhi-Dehradun Expressway
The Delhi-Dehradun Expressway is going to be game changer project. This project will give boost to tourism sector of both the cities. The total length of the expressway is 210 km. It converts the six-and-a-half-hour journey to just a two-and-a-half-hour journey.
The much awaited elevated route of Delhi-Dehradun Expressway is now ready, as per media reports. This route will be benefiting the residents of Delhi and Dehradun. People from both the places travel for various purpose like job, business, and others. The full route is expected to open soon to the public.
Delhi-Mumbai Expressway
This is country’s longest greenfield route. The work on this expressway is 82% completed, as per media reports. The total length of this route is 1,386-Km. This route will enhance the connectivity between states, districts, and cities. This route cuts travel time of commuters. According to media reports, the route will be operational by October 2025.
