Former BJP MP Navneet Rana from Amravati, Maharashtra has received a letter threatening her with gang-rape. The sender identified himself as Aamir and demanded a ransom of Rs 10 crore. The letter also included the slogan ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ and contained the phone number of the sender. He used offensive language for Rana in his letter and also made derogatory remarks about her husband, Ravi Rana.

According to sources, Husband Ravi Rana’s Personal Assistant Vinod Guhe has filed a complaint with the Rajapeth police.
Who Is Navneet Rana?
Navneet Kaur Rana is an Indian politician and former actress popularly known for her work in the Telugu cinema. She was elected as a Member of Parliament (MP) from Amravati in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections as an independent candidate. In 2024, she contested the elections on a BJP ticket but lost her Amravati seat to Congress candidate Balwant Wankhede.
