A 15-year-old girl was reportedly raped by two men in a parked car in Faridabad on Saturday morning, police said. They have formed several teams to catch the suspects and are conducting raids in states like Uttar Pradesh.
A young girl was on her way to school after dropping off her brother to his school when a terrifying incident unfolded. A man sitting in a parked car suddenly opened the window and forcibly pulled her inside the vehicle, according to police reports.
Reporting the Crime
As the school day ended, the attackers heartlessly threw her out of the car near her village and sped away. Despite the immense trauma, the girl managed to make her way home and courageously shared the horrific experience with her family.
Her family immediately contacted the police on Sunday to report the heinous crime. The authorities have registered a case under the relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The police are now conducting a thorough investigation to ensure the perpetrators are brought to justice.
According to a report by Indian Express, “They took her to a secluded place and raped her, not in a moving vehicle as mentioned in some reports. So far, we are narrowing down the details about the whereabouts of one of the accused, and the investigation is underway. We cannot share more details at this stage as it is a very sensitive case. We are trying our best to apprehend the accused,” ACP Ashok Kumar
