ECI is conducting its parliamentary election in seven phases to elect 42 members of parliament in the state of west bengal. The Trinamool Congress (TMC), led by Mamata Banerjee, aims to replicate its success in the 2021 Assembly elections and reverse the outcome of the 2019 parliamentary elections, where the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) secured 18 seats.
The election campaign has been marked by intense attacks among the TMC, BJP, and the Left-Congress alliance, reflecting the high stakes involved in this crucial electoral battle.

In West Bengal, out of the 42 seats, it is estimated that the BJP will secure 24 ± 5 seats, the Trinamool Congress (TMC) 17 ± 5 seats, and the Congress 1 ± 1 seat. Additionally, the BJP is projected to receive 44 ± 3 percent of the vote, the TMC 41 ± 3 percent, and the Congress 11 ± 3 percent.
Republic TV-Matrize
According to Republic TV-Matrize, the BJP is predicted to have an advantage over the Trinamool Congress, with projections of 21-25 seats for the BJP and 16-21 seats for the Trinamool Congress.
India TV-CNX Exit poll
As per India TV-CNX Exit poll, BJP will get 22-26 seats in the state while TMC will get around 14-18 seats in the state.
Jan Ki Baat
According to the poll by Jan Ki Baat, the BJP is predicted to win between 21 and 26 seats, while the Trinamool Congress is expected to win between 16 and 18 seats.
India Today-Axis My India Exit Poll
According to India Today-Axis My India, the BJP is predicted to get 26-31 votes this year while TMC is expected to get just 40% of the votes this time i.e, 11-14 votes.
