The group of refugees continues to appear at the CID office in Jaipur to request additional time for extended residence. These individuals legally entered India on religious and family reasons with valid visas before they began worrying about deportations.

Against any circumstance Shravan Kumar will remain in India because his home is now Umerkot in Pakistan. The situation in Pakistan could become life-threatening if the authorities return me back to that country. I regard India as my nation and I want to stay permanent in this territory. I ask the government to perceive our circumstances and support us.

These refugees require permanent visas as well as simplified citizenship procedures because they escaped fatal circumstances in Pakistan. These displaced persons have obtained immediate attention from the government despite their commitment to national security priorities.

The government has yet to reveal their stance regarding visa rule modifications after hearing the refugee petitions.
